By creating an account or placing an order with SMMTIM ("we", "us"), you agree to these terms.

1. The service

We resell social media marketing services — such as followers, likes, views and engagement — sourced from third-party providers. Delivery times and quality depend on the provider and the platform, and can change without notice.

2. Your account

• You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials safe.
• You must provide only links and content you are entitled to promote.
• We may suspend or close accounts used for fraud, abuse or illegal activity.

3. Orders and payment

Wallet balances are prepaid. An order is charged when placed and the price is frozen at that moment. Where a provider falls short, an automatic refund is credited to your wallet balance in line with our Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for anything unlawful, or to target accounts and content in ways that break a platform's own rules. We are not responsible for actions a platform takes against a target account.

5. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order the claim relates to.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; the current version always lives on this page. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
