  • Payment data — top-up records. Card details are handled by the payment provider, not stored by us.
  • Technical data — IP address and basic logs, used for security and fraud prevention.

2. How we use it

To deliver your orders, process payments, provide support, keep your account secure, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Sharing

Order details are shared with the upstream provider fulfilling that order, and with payment processors to take payment. That is the extent of routine sharing.

4. Retention

We keep account and order records for as long as your account is active and as long as needed for legal and accounting reasons.

5. Your choices
